By displaying our rates on the site, we make the costs of our services transparent. Our lawyers will provide an advance estimate of the time required for any engagement. To avoid surprises, a ‘fixed fee’ may be agreed on, where possible. Before long, the Dutch Bar Act [Advocatenwet] will also allow ‘no win, no pay’ arrangements.
